Relationships between Organisational Climate, Knowledge Sharing Behaviour and Employee Job Satisfaction and the Role of Learning Motivation and Job Resources

This study aims to investigate the relationships between organisational climate, knowledge sharing behaviour and job satisfaction, with a focus on learning motivation and job resources. In addition, these dynamics will be analysed in different countries with the sub-goal of adapting and testing the psychometric properties of the questionnaires used.
