Protocol for a Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial on a Music-Based Psychoeducational Program to Improve Emotion Regulation for Youth in Hong Kong

This study evaluates an adapted music-based psychoeducation program (viz., Tuned In), which aims to reduce loneliness, depression, and anxiety by enhancing emotion regulation in young people in Hong Kong. We hypothesized that relative to control subjects, experimental subjects would demonstrate reductions in mood symptoms and loneliness after the intervention.
