Abstract

Poor prenatal sleep is associated with increased risk of complications. This study explored the relationship between prenatal sleep and heightened vigilance within Latinx/Hispanic pregnant women (n=18). We found individuals with higher vigilance had poorer sleep and lower sleep duration. Additionally, increased heightened vigilance was associated with a later sleep midpoint.
