Abstract

This study examines the effects of green and blue spaces on mental health among pregnant individuals. It reveals that greater greenness and tree coverage are linked to lower depression and anxiety, particularly in urban areas. Distance from water bodies did not significantly predict mental health outcomes during pregnancy.
