Decoding Turnover Intentions: The Role of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Constraints in Indian Multinational Workplaces

Abstract
This study investigates relationships and gender-based differences among Job Satisfaction, Organizational Constraints, and Turnover Intentions among Indian employees in MNCs. With 114 participants (58 males, females = 56), Pearson's correlation shows negative relationships between Job Satisfaction and both Organizational Constraints and Turnover Intentions. T-tests reveal males report higher Turnover Intentions.
