Decent Work in Technology and Engineering Professions

This study investigates decent work for employees in information technology, and civil and construction engineering. Self-report survey field data is being collected. We hypothesize that decent work will be positively associated with A) well-being and B) job satisfaction, and negatively associated with C) burnout and D) turnover intentions.
