Abstract
The proposed study will explore how individuals with chemical and behavioral addictions, including sex-as-self-harm (SASI) and non-SASI compulsive sexual behaviors (CSBs), recall their initial experiences with the drug or behavior. Participants, recruited from addiction support groups and community organizations, will complete surveys about their memories of their initial involvement.
