Abstract
We characterized trajectories and social determinants of cognition in Bangladeshi children from infancy through 7 years (1,397 observations). Trajectories showed downward trends in the first four years of life, with more pronounced effects for those below the poverty line. Maternal education and food security had protective effects on cognition.
