Meeting the Mental Health Needs of University Students: Insights from a Needs-Based Survey

We conducted a survey with 205 undergraduate students to gauge interest in a no-cost coaching program addressing anxiety, depression, and stress. Participants showed substantial interest and favored sessions under 45 minutes (73%). Top interests included anxiety and stress/time management and confidentiality as a concern.
