Abstract

We compared the performance of a gold standard for autonomic nervous system (ANS) measurement to that of a new method (Mawi) more feasible in low resource settings. In a sample of Malawian children, good to excellent system agreement was observed. Mawi offers an economically, logistically feasible option for measuring ANS.
