Abstract

We conducted a case study on a mental health center's youth advisory board. Data from stakeholders revealed enhanced mental health outcomes, improved alignment of health strategies, and increased youth engagement. Challenges included power imbalances and tokenism. Findings emphasize the need for youth participation in mental health decision-making to optimize interventions.
