This review explores the impact of attachment theory on work-related mental health. A comprehensive literature search focused on empirical studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. Findings reveal that secure attachment improves emotional regulation and other outcomes, while insecure attachment heightens burnout and other negative impacts. Future research should explore attachment-based treatments.
