From Farm to Fork: Understanding Factors Influencing Healthy Food Choices and Consumption
This symposium explores factors that influence food choices and consumption. Topics include perceiving foods produced with green energy as healthier, taking photos of meals before eating enhancing mindful eating, making healthier food choices in front of a large audience, and lay beliefs connecting low-calorie food choices with high social status.
