Advancing Scalability and Accessibility of Meditation-Based Interventions through Implementation Science

This symposium features studies converging implementation science and meditation-based interventions (MBIs). These studies examine the implementation of informal meditation practices, mindfulness-based school interventions for marginalized youth, mindful parenting, and MBIs tailored for educators. Findings yield practical implications for advancing the scalability and accessibility of MBIs across diverse settings and populations.
