Restorativeness: A Strategic Leverage to Mitigate the Effects of Stress in Relation to Performance

Abstract
We investigated the relation between Work Demands (WD) and perceived performance (PP) considering the role of workplace perceived restorativeness (PRW). Eighty-fours healthcare workers filled out a self-report questionnaire. A multiple regression analysis revealed that WD negatively predicted PP and PRW moderated the relation.
