Perceived Restorative Workplaces and Work Engagement: Exploring the Moderating Role of Job Satisfaction

Abstract
We investigated the relation between perceived restorativeness of the work environment (PRW) and work engagement (WE) considering the role of job satisfaction (JS). Eighty-fours healthcare workers filled out a self-report questionnaire. A mediation analysis revealed that perceived restorativeness of the work environment predicted WE and JS mediated the relation.
