Abstract
In Fall 2020, the abrupt shift to virtual learning presented significant challenges to students, including increased isolation. The current research explores the experiences of 30 students in two Psychology courses, as their professor employed mandatory office hours and daily socioemotional check-ins to support their learning during Emergency Remote Instruction.
