Lessons Learned: Designing and Implementing Psychology Assessment across Introductory Sections

We examined scores from General Psychology students before and after the introduction of a department-wide final exam.  We address how we developed and constructed the exam, highlights of select results and implications of grade differences by year, and the relevance of our findings for the small undergraduate psychology department.
