Openness in Social Judgement of Diverse Others in the Workplace

This talk will describe what is currently known from the existing literature on the role of openness in social judgements and then highlight specific areas in which organizations and their individual members can apply the concept of openness to combat various socio-cognitive biases for greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.
