Sleep and Affect: From the Clinic to the Current Literature

While the bidirectional relationship between sleep and affect has been well-documented, the exact mechanisms linking the two remain unclear. In this symposium, researchers will share novel findings using intensive longitudinal methods, actigraphy, and polysomnography as well as a conceptual framework clarifying the relationship between sleep and affect.
