Which Features of Emotion Regulation Predict Depression? an in-Depth Investigation Using Artificial Neural Networks with Feature Selection
This study examined which features of key emotion regulation strategies are most predictive and when those features are most predictive of depression symptoms across different time lags. Artificial neural network models with feature selection uncovered several important indicators for detecting depressive symptoms and revealed temporal fluctuations in predictive relations.
