Developing and Delivering Personalized Feedback from Ecological Momentary Assessment: Extending Our Impact in Real-Time
Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) methods measure mental health and behavior in an individual’s daily life, creating opportunities for real-time, personalized feedback. We present results from a series of studies that use EMA to develop and deliver feedback to individuals both in and out of clinical settings.
