Interactions between Pain and Effort during Cognitive and Physical Performance
This symposium presents research investigating how pain interacts with effort broadly defined as the mobilization of cognitive or physical resources. Contributions will focus on the influence of cognitive effort on pain, on the impact of pain on cognitive effort, and on the perceptions of effort and pain during physical exercise.
