Improving Assessment in Suicide Research
Suicide remains a leading cause of death world-wide, despite receiving considerable attention from the scientific community for decades. Although multiple factors make predicting high-risk self-injurious behaviors challenging, limitations of commonly-used assessment methods are both considerable and addressable. This symposium focuses on refining assessment in suicide research across diverse study paradigms.
