Don’t Stop Believin’: The Power of Beliefs about Emotions in Shaping Well-Being
This symposium will extend current knowledge on the role of a range of emotion beliefs in psychological well-being. Together, these talks cohesively present findings utilizing a range of study designs, participant populations, and methodologies to underline the importance of emotion beliefs in mental health, emotional resilience, and interpersonal relationships.
