How to Harness Your Escalating Power? Men and Women Need Different Mindsets

A power-prime experiment and a survey on managers consistently show that, the power-is-controlling mindset is poisonous to male leaders, and the power-is-depending mindset can help them to deal with the dark side of power. Interestingly, we find that the power-is-controlling mindset empower female leaders to be more caring to others.
