This presentation introduces the developmental period of established adulthood, ages 30-45. It will highlight this periods uniqueness from other developmental periods, historical and cultural variations, and why it deserves increased empirical and theoretical attention. We will illustrate our theory using qualitative data collected from over 100 established adults.
