Subjective Experiences of Cognition in Young Adults: The Association between Health Behaviours and Self-Reported Cognitive Function

Virtual

Oral · Cognitive Psychology

It is not well understood if self-reported cognitive functions (SRCF) are susceptible to interventions targeting health behaviours, particularly for young adults. Analysis revealed that perceived stress, sleep, and dietary habits were significantly predictive of SRCF, while physical activity was not. Results suggest that interventions targeting health behaviours can improve SRCF.
