Attachment Styles in the Workplace: One of the Four Domains of Effective Leadership

Attachment theory research was conducted to establish the psychometric properties of a new 360-degree workplace measure that assessed four domains of effective leadership. The results of this study not only validated the measure, but it also highlighted important findings for researchers, HR practitioners, and executive coaches.
