Engagement in a Digital World
Engagement plays an important role across areas of psychology. The recent rise in using digital technologies for data collection and intervention has led to increased interest in promoting real-time, in-the-moment engagement. We propose a comprehensive definition of engagement and a theoretical framework for understanding engagement in real-time digital settings.
