Food Security and Psychology: Mitigating Challenges to Validity in Practice

Food insecurity is a persistent and present risk to the everyday activities of psychologists. This presentation focuses on the research behind the challenges to validity in psychological assessment and diagnosis, as well as behavior assessment and intervention. Tools that exist for mitigating and combating these challenges will be reviewed.
