Abusive Supervision in the Era of Social Isolation: Risk Factors and Ways of Coping

We indicated an indirect effect of abusive supervision on employees' turnover intention through job satisfaction, which at first path of mediation, was strengthened by physical social isolation and weakened by social support. We carried out two longitudinal quantitative studies, each with three repeated measurements (na3 = 168, nb3 = 68).
