The Relationship between Loneliness, Paranoia, Emotional Disturbances and Negative Core Schema: A Network Modelling Study

We examined the relationship between loneliness, paranoia, emotional disturbances and negative core schema using network modelling. We found that loneliness and paranoia was connected via depression and negative schema about self, highlighting both affective and social-cognitive pathways in the relationship between loneliness and paranoia.
