Core Affect and Decision Quality: The Moderating Role of Trait Agreeableness and Emotional Stability

Experience sampling method was used to examine the relationship between four quadrants of core affect and decision quality. The results provide evidence for the differential effects of the four quadrants of core affect on decision quality, and the effects were moderated by decision-makers’ trait emotional stability and agreeableness.
