Dark Triad and Perception on Altruists: The Moderating Role of Moral Identity

This study used online survey to explore the associations of Dark Triad, moral identity and perception on altruists. Results showed that Dark Triad negatively predicted negative perception on altruists when moral identity is weak rather than it is strong. This study clarified boundary conditions under dark personality produces negative perception.
