Coping with Discrimination: Form and Context Matters

Virtual

Oral · Social Psychology

Different levels of discrimination exposure (i.e., everyday, lifetime, and chronic job discrimination) require mobilization of a range of coping resources. The coping response, in turn, may promote positive or negative affective outcomes. Identifying the paths between levels of exposure, coping, and affective outcomes may have implications on intervention development.
