Daily Awe Experience Decreases Feeling of Loneliness during Covid-19.
Participants who initially self-reported loneliness (T1) participated awe exercises at 4 time points over the course of 21 days. They reported decreased loneliness after 3 weeks (T2). Prospective analysis revealed that people’s daily experience of awe contributed to reported T2 loneliness when T1 loneliness score was controlled for.
