Going Beyond the Individual: The Impact of Neighborhood Level Factors on Treatment Engagement in Children Exposed to Violence

In order to better understand how to reduce disparities in treatment access to pediatric mental health treatment after exposure to violence this study examined how neighborhood/societal factors such as child opportunity impact treatment engagement in children exposed to violence receiving treatment at several community-based sites across Illinois.
