Brief Intensive Cognitive Training Alters Resting State Network Connectivity in Adolescents

Virtual

Oral · Neuroscience

We examined whether a cognitive training task would alter resting-state brain functional connectivity. Connectivity was compared before and after an intensive 6-week period of cognitive training. Improvement in task performance was seen, as well as increased connectivity between the Default Mode and the Salience and Fronto-Parietal Control Networks.
