Moment-to-Moment Interplay between Daily-Life Momentary Stress Appraisals and Interpretation Bias Manifestations: A New Framework to Understand Stress Regulation Mechanisms

No previous research have integrated interpretation bias (IB) assessments into ESM to clarify their role in real-life stress regulation. We modelled daily-life perceived stress and IB using a novel ESM design. We demonstrate a dynamic functioning of IB, with ongoing stress appraisals influencing its momentary modulation and change across time.
