To be Sick or Not to be Sick: Experimental Endotoxemia in Humans and Inter-Individual Differences in Sickness Responses

The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed the large inter-individual differences in how people feel when infected. During this flash talk, I will present how the model of experimental endotoxemia (i.e. using intravenous administration of a bacterial component) can be used to understand the psychological factors shaping behavioral sickness responses in humans.
