Social Support and Health Outcomes Among CPS Involved Adolescents: A Longitudinal and within-Subjects Investigation
Although social support shapes health-related outcomes in vulnerable youth, little is known about how changes in social support across development affects such outcomes. In a longitudinal investigation of within-person changes in social support, we found that changes in support from caregivers and peers over time predicted mental not physical health.
