A Change in Perspective: Self-Other Differentiation and Flexibility in Perspective Taking in Children with Epilepsy
This research provides evidence that children with epilepsy have difficulty considering at least one perspective during social conflict. They also have difficulty shifting between prioritizing the needs of the self and then needs of the other. These findings provide some insight into the social difficulties of children with epilepsy.
