Utilization of Laptops and Smartphones for Academic Tasks in College

This study explored the utility of college students using laptops versus smartphones for brief academic tasks. Students were more satisfied using their laptops due to ease of use yet also found value incorporating their smartphones into the educational setting. Future research must explore how to utilize smartphones effectively in classrooms.
