Learning from Errors: A Matter of Classroom Climate. Positive Error Climate Promotes Students’ Learning Outcomes.
Establishing an error-friendly classroom environment (i.e., a positive classroom error climate) is essential to support students in effectively learning from their mistakes. This study shows that perceiving positive error climate is positively associated with learning outcomes (i.e., math grades) via increased adaptive affective-motivational and cognitive-behavioural reactions towards errors.
