Emotionality of Autobiographical Memory: The Interplay between Valence, Intensity, and Vividness

This study describes autobiographical memory (AM) characteristics concerning emotionality and whether individuals present with different tendencies in rating the aforementioned characteristics. The results confirm the significant influence of vividness and intensity on AM valence. Individual differences were confirmed and could be partially explained by individual’s experience of emotional complexity.
