The Importance of Health Practices and Employee Engagement in a Remote World.

This study uses data from (N = 401) professionals to explore the roles of employee engagement and physical health in maintaining an organization’s vitality, survival, and profitability, specifically in the context of working remotely during the pandemic. Personal health practices were significantly related to employee engagement.
