Examining the Role of Emotion Regulation Gains within a DBT Program for Adolescent Females with Borderline Personality Disorder
Despite the known effectiveness of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), mechanisms of change are not fully understood. This study investigated the role of emotion regulation in the reduction of BPD and depressive symptoms in female adolescents with BPD during a 1-month residential DBT program.
