Expectations and Commitment in Dual-Earners Couples: Work-Family Conflict As a Moderator

Relationship expectations were positively related to commitment whereas WFC and FWC were shown to be negatively related to commitment. As expected, the analyses revealed that both WFC and FWC significantly moderated the relationship expectations-commitment link. The findings extended our knowledge of possible factors that play a role in romantic relationships.
