Gender Differences in Two-Month Longitudinal Associations of College Mental Health with Alcohol Use and Sleep Problems

This two-wave longitudinal study over two months examined gender differences in the associations of anxiety and depression symptoms with drinking and sleep problems among college students. Results indicated that men with more severe anxiety are a risk group for greater alcohol quantity and negative drinking consequences.
